Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PassportPhoto operated by SabilTech (Sole Proprietorship) ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

We provide an online tool to generate passport-size photographs from a user-uploaded selfie. A free watermarked preview is available; an HD downloadable version is paid.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and legally capable of contracting under Indian law. You confirm the photo uploaded is of yourself or someone for whom you have explicit consent.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload obscene, illegal, or third-party content without consent. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer or overload the service.

4. Pricing & tax

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is currently not applicable as our annual turnover is below the ₹20 lakh threshold under Section 22 of the CGST Act. A payment receipt is issued for each successful payment.

5. Output suitability

While we aim to comply with common passport-photo specifications (Indian, US, Schengen, UK), we do not guarantee acceptance by any specific authority. You are responsible for verifying the requirements of your issuing authority.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
