Refund & Cancellation Policy

PassportPhoto is a digital, instantly delivered product. The following refund rules apply in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Free preview
You can preview the generated photo for free before paying. Please review the preview carefully — the HD download is generated from the same edit.
2. When refunds are issued
- Payment was charged but no HD photo was delivered due to a technical failure on our side.
- Duplicate charge for the same order.
3. When refunds are not issued
- You changed your mind after downloading the HD photo.
- The issuing passport authority rejected the photo for reasons outside our control (pose, lighting, attire, expression).
- You uploaded a photo that did not meet our basic input guidelines.
4. How to request a refund
Email privacy@sabilcorp.com within 7 days of payment with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment instrument via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
5. Cancellation
Because the HD render is generated immediately on payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful. You can simply choose not to download.
